MIDHANI Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
In it’s official notification, MIDHANI has put forth all the eligibility criteria regarding the vacancies available. The aspiring candidates should ensure that they satisfy all the criteria. Candidates will be treated as debarred ab-initio at any stage of the recruitment process in case they do not fulfill essential eligibility criteria.
MIDHANI Recruitment 2022 – Age Limit
The age limit prescribed by MIDHANI is as follows:
- For the post of Manager: 18 – 40 years as on 1 January, 2022
- For the post of Assistant Manager and Management Trainee: 18 – 30 years as on 1 January, 2022
The upper age limit indicated above is for unreserved category. Age relaxation is applicable in the upper age limit in accordance with the Government of India orders issued from time to time.
MIDHANI Recruitment 2022 – Educational Qualification
The educational qualification requirement for each post is as follows:
For Management Trainees:
- Management Trainee (Metallurgy) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science)
- Management Trainee (Mechanical) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production Engineering)
- Management Trainee (Electrical): 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation/ Electrical
& Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation - Management Trainee (Ceramic) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering
- Management Trainee (Chemical) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Management Trainee (Admin/HR) : Degree Preferably in Engg/ Physical Science and 2 years post

MIDHANI Recruitment 2022 – Experience Required
MIDHANI has laid down certain requirements regarding the experience required by candidates applying for the posts of Assistant Manager and Manager.
Assistant Manager (Materials Management): Should have minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant area. Candidates with experience of ERP environment in Materials Management will be preferred. Candidates must be prepared to work anywhere in India.
Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication): Should have minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in organizing news conferences, product launches, creating materials like brochures, banners, newsletters, flyers, etc., events writing and distributing press releases to the media and postings in social media websites, internal and external correspondence. Should have knowledge of the latest trends in social media. Candidate should be proficient in communication – both verbal and written. Knowledge of Hindi / Telugu will be preferred.
Assistant Manager (Medical): : Should have minimum of 2 years post MBBS registration experience in Ambulance/ Medical ICU/ Cardiac ICU/ Surgical ICUs/ Casualty/Emergency/Trauma Centre/Industrial Hospitals/PSU Hospitals/Govt. PHC/CHC/Area Hospitals. Candidate should have computer literacy skills.
Assistant Manager (IT): Should have minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in server administration / maintenance, network and IT infrastructure administration. Place of posting will be Rohtak, Haryana.
Manager – Automation: Should have minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in Maintenance / Erection &
Commissioning of Automation system for Hot Rolling Mill & other related line equipment for production
of flat rolled products in Steel industry. Experience in Handling of LV/MV drives, PLCs in Hot Plate Rolling
Mill is preferred.
Manager – Mechanical: : Should have minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in Maintenance / Erection & Commissioning of Hot Rolling Mill and other related line equipment for production of flat rolled products in steel industry. Experience in Maintenance of high pressure Industrial hydraulics, Piping work & Plant Equipment are essential preferably in Hot Plate Rolling Mill.

MIDHANI Recruitment 2022 – Selection Method
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test or interview. The medium of written test will be English. Appearance of the shortlisted candidates for written test/ interview is provisional and it does not
entitle them any claim for the post. Outstation candidates called for test / interview will be reimbursed to & fro train fare as applicable. All the necessary information regarding the Selection, Written Test / interview etc. will be hosted on the official website of MIDHANI. Candidates are requested to keep a check on the website from time to time.
MIDHANI Recruitment 2022 – Pay Scale
The pay scale for the advertised posts are as follows:
- Assistant Manager and Management Trainee: Rs 40,000 – Rs 1,40,000
- Manager: Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,80,000
MIDHANI Recruitment 2022 – Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 100. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/ESM category are not required to pay the application fee.
MIDHANI Recruitment 2022 – How to Apply
- Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website of MIDHANI – www.midhani-india.in, go to the careers page and read carefully the eligibility criteria and the instructions to apply online.
- Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID and contact mobile phone number. All communication regarding test or interview will be through the email id and mobile number given during registration.
- The application fee has to be done through online payment using the debit card / credit card / net banking using the payment link available.
- Candidates have to upload all the relevant documents pertaining to date of birth proof (SSC certificate), qualification, percentage proofs, category, experience, pay scale, CTC per annum through the link available in the application form. Experience certificates should invariably contain the details of service, work experience & time period. Applications without supporting documents will not be considered.
- After submission of online application, the candidate should take printout of the submitted application and keep it for future reference. Applicants from Govt/Quasi Govt/PSU should submit No Objection Certificate at the time of test/interview. Candidates without NOC will not be permitted for the test or interview.
