Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) invites application from candidates practising Hindu Religion for direct recruitment to the posts of Executive Officer, Grade III and Grade IV included in the Group VIIB and Group VIII respectively. Interested candidates shall apply online through the official website of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission after One Time Registration.
Selection Procedure for TNPSC Group VIIB and Group VIII Services
The procedure of selection to the post of Executive Officer for both Group VIIB and Group VIII Services comprises two steps.
- Written Examination
- Oral test in the form of interview
The written examination for both groups consists of 2 papers, Paper I and Paper II, each paper of 3 hours duration. The pattern of the question paper for both Group VIIB and Group VIII shall be as follows.

The minimum qualifying marks for SC, SC(A), ST, MBC/DC and BC for both the groups is 204. For the selection of candidates belonging to other categories, the minimum qualification mark is 272.
