To download the TNPSC AAO 2022 admit card, candidates must follow the steps given below:

TNPSC AAO Exam Pattern 2022

The Assistant Agricultural Officer(AAO) exam will be conducted in the written mode. There will be two papers for the exam. The questions Papers- I and II will be set both in Tamil and English languages.

Candidates can refer to the last year’s exam pattern to get an idea about the type of questions asked and the marking scheme. Paper one will be on the subject of Agriculture will contain 200 questions. The questions will be on the diploma standard. Paper Two will be on General Studies and Aptitude and Mental Ability Test. General studies will contain 75 questions with a secondary certificate standard.

The aptitude and Mental Ability Test will contain 25 questions with SSLC standard. The total mark for the exam is 500, in which Paper one will be held for 300 marks and Paper two will be held for 200 marks. The time duration for Paper one is three hours and for paper two is two hours. And, SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs candidate will have to score 150 marks to qualify for the exam. Others need 200.
