• The age of 20 years and below the age of 30 years. 
• Candidates belonging to the police department who have completed five years of service can give this exam up to the age of 45 years. This relaxation is for the students who are participating via departmental quota.
• Candidates who are Ex-personnel / ex-servicemen of Central Paramilitary forces can give the TNUSRB SI Exam up to the age of 45 years.

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognised by UGC / Government on the date of Notification.
  
• The Bachelor’s Degree should have been obtained in the following pattern:-
  
• a) After completion of SSLC and Higher Secondary course in the order of 10+2+3 pattern or
  
• b) After completion of SSLC and Diploma in the order of 10+3+2 /10+3+3 pattern or
  
• c) From an Open University / Distance Education/ College after completion of SSLC and I.T.I in the order of 10+2+3 pattern.
• However, candidates who have obtained Bachelor’s degrees through Open Universities without going through the above-mentioned pattern will not be eligible.

One written examination will be conducted by the authorities and it will have two parts. The candidates must take into consideration the examination pattern for the written examination and then they will be able to prepare for the entrance examination. TNUSRB SI Selection Process 2022

There is a very specific selection procedure that you will have to go through in order to get a chance as a sub-inspector in this organisation. First of all, the candidates will have to go through the written examination which will have two parts. Make sure that you are checking out the examination pattern according to your quota. The next selection stage is the physical measurement which is only available for open Quota candidates and the department quota candidates will be exempted from the physical measurement. The next stage is the endurance test in which both of the candidates will have to pass as per the parameters and the last is the Physical Efficiency Test.
