UPPSC BEO Selection Process 2022
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) conducts the UPPSC BEO Examination to hire BEO (Block Education Officer) in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The UPPSC Block Education Officer Recruitment Selection Process will be done by the following 3 Stages:
- Stage-I: Preliminary Exam
- Stage-II: Mains Exam
- Stage-III: Medical Exam
Examination conducted as a part of selection process for the post of Block Education Officer post by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Board, frequently known as UPPSC. Notification is to fill the total vacancies of 309 BEO Posts. The salary range for this position is between Rs. 47600 and 151100 a month, with a grade pay of Rs. 4,800. UPPSC BEO Eligibility Criteria 2022
The eligibility criteria set by UPPSC for the post of Block Education Officer is as mentioned below. Following factors has to be satisfied by the candidates to be eligible to apply for the post.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a University established by law in India/Equivalent qualification recognized by the Government
- In case of those candidates whose Bachelor’s Degree is not in Education, the L.T. diploma of the Government Training College or the Government Basic Training College awarded by the Registrar, Departmental Examinations, Uttar Pradesh is required.
- Preference will be given to those candidates who-
(a) has served for a minimum period of two years in Territorial Army or
(b) has obtained “B” certificate of N.C.C.
Age Limit

UPPSC BEO Interview 2022
The third phase of the selection process is a personal interview and Document Verification. Candidates who qualify for the Prelims and Mains exam will be called for a personal interview. The candidates should have the minimum cut off marks in order to attend the interview. In the interview process, the candidates documents such as certificates are verified by the authority.
