In 1905, 23rd of February, Four friends belonging to the professional group met together. They were named as Silvester Schiele, A Paul Harris, Gustavus Loehr, and Hiram Shorey. They represent their youthful vigor and attention. The memory of the youth splashed smile upon them. They met in a small town in Chicago, Illinois. They gathered there after their meeting in a downtown headquarters. The meeting of these four friends turned out to be an official organization for the first time in the year of 1922.
They began to address themselves as the Rotary International organization or Rotary Club. The name was given after their rotation and meeting at various locations. Those four intimate friends kickstarted the organization and they tagged themselves as the founders of the organization. It came to be known as the largest philanthropic organization. The rotary club located in Spain Australia, Germany, Japan and Italy were forced to ban during world war 2 from 1944 1st 1961.
