Eligibility Criteria of REET 2021
Educational Qualification
- REET Eligibility and Qualification for Level 1: Candidates should be a senior secondary pass with at least 50% marks for the post of class 5th Teacher; Graduate or in the last year or passed in the education course.
- REET Eligibility and Qualification for Level 2: The candidate must have passed Diploma in the second year in graduate or elementary education or completed the final year of this course; At least 50% should be Graduate and passed in the first year of B.Ed or appearing in the second year of B.Ed.
Vacancy Details of REET 2021
This year the number of posts have increased, so that the number of vacancy is 32000 as per the notification. The state education department has sanctioned one thousand new posts of teachers in 282 government schools of the state. 407 Level-1 and 564 Level-2 posts have been approved in these schools.
REET 2021 Selection Process
The selection of the candidates will be done through written test and interview.
Exam Pattern of REET 2021
- There will be no negative markings in the exam.
- The total number of questions and marks will be 150.
- Total duration of examination will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- The Level 1 examination conducted for teachers of class 1st to 5th.
- The Level 2 examination conducted for teachers of class 6th to 8th.

The applicants are required to pay the given amount as the application fee,
- For One Paper: Rs.550/-
- Both Paper I and II: Rs.750/-
