According to the latest official post in the web portal of the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board, online and offline applications are invited for the recruitment of candidates to various posts including Constable & Lady Constable Post. Moreover, this notification tells that the applications will be invited starting from 22^nd of January 2021 onwards until 20^th February 2021. Educational Qualification

All the candidates applying for this post must have passed Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent. Further, the applicant must be able to speak, read and write Bengali language. However, this criterion will not be applicable to the candidates who are permanent residents of hill sub divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts.

Age Limit

All the candidates applying for this post must not be less than 18 years of age at the time of application. Moreover, he/she must also not be more than 27 years during application.

However, age relaxation will be applicable to all the deserving candidates which is as follows:

• The Upper age limit for SC and ST candidates: 5 years
• The Upper age limit for OBC candidates: 3 years

The age relaxation can also be benefitted by NVF, Home Guard Personnel serving in West Bengal.

How to Apply for for West Bengal Constable Recruitment 2021?

All the eligible and interested candidates may apply for the post in the prescribed format either through online means or by offline means on or before 20^th February 2021. Check out the simple stepd given below to file the online application.

Online Method:

1. Firstly, go to the official web portal of West Bengal Police Recruitment Board.
2. Now, click on the Career tab in the homepage.
3. However, if you are a new candidate, register to obtain a username and id.
4. Then, click on the Recruitment option available.
5. Next, on the new screen that opens, find the registration link available.
6. Now, fill the form carefully.
7. Lastly, click on submit button and complete the application process.

However, do not forget to take a print out of the application procedure.

Offline Method:

Candidates may send the completely filled applications by post to the given address in the official website. However, the application should reach the destination on or before 5 PM, on 20^th of February 2021.
