RITES Recruitment 2021 

In the latest official notification, the Rail India Technical and Economic Service Limited (RITES) has announced a new recruitment drive to select eligible candidates for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in the organization. However, the recruitment will be done only through GATE 2020-21. All of the qualified and interested candidates shall now check the eligibility criteria and apply for the post before the time runs out. The application window will be open for the candidates between 30th of July 2021 to 25th of August 2021. 

Major Details

Currently, the recruitment notification is open for all posts in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET). However, a candidate will be considered only if he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria as set by the board.

Eligibility Criteria for  RITES Recruitment 2021

All of the candidates who wish to apply for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in RITES must fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification

Age limit

All of the candidates willing to apply for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in RITES must be between the age of 21 years and 30 years as on 01st July 2021.

However, age relaxation will be offered to the deserving candidates as per the norms.

Selection Process for RITES Recruitment 2021

The candidates who wish to apply for the aforesaid recruitment must have attended the GATE 2020 or GATE 2021. Moreover, they must have a GATE Score in the following papers as mentioned.

• The marks obtained by the candidate will be considered valid if and only if the candidate obtains a mark that is equal to or more than the cut off marks as set by GATE 2020 or 2021.
• After shortlisting the candidates based on the GATE Score, a personal interview of the selected candidates will be done before the appointment.
• However, the interview round may be conducted online due to the pandemic situation in the country.
• The final merit list of the candidates will be made based on the following criteria.

             GATE Marks (Out of 100) – 75% 

              Interview – 25%

RITES Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

The selected Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Divisions will receive a monthly salary of  Rs.40,000-1,40,000. Once the candidates completes the training period, he/she is bound to get Performance Related Pay, Medical facilities, HRA/Lease accommodation, attractive superannuation package consisting of contribution to Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act, Post Retirement Medical Scheme and many other attractive benefits.

How to Apply for RITES Recruitment 2021

All the eligible and interested candidates shall apply for the post by following the simple steps given below.

• Firstly, make sure that the candidate fulfills the eligibility criteria.
• Then, go to the career section in the official web portal of RITES.
• Click on the online application button and save your registration number.
• Fill up the application form with all the necessary details.
• Now, click on the “GATE Details” tab.
• Enter the GATE details as per GATE 2020 or GATE 2021.
• Click on the Submit button to complete your application.
• Take a printout of the application for future reference.

However, if a candidate is found suitable and is shortlisted for the interview, he/she must produce certain documents as told by the organization.
