Vacancy Details

The RCF Recruitment is inviting applications from 104 qualified candidates for Apprentice posts. Look at the posts in detail below.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates can check out different eligibility criteria for RCF Apprentice posts below.

• As of November 1, 2020, the candidate must be at least eighteen years old.
• The specified qualification must be from a recognized university/institute as a regular student full-time program.
• Candidates who have completed Act Apprentice training or have worked for a period of time as an Act Apprentice are not eligible to apply.
• As of November 1, 2020, the candidate must have a passing certificate/final year mark sheet for the appropriate qualification.
• The duration of a graduate apprentice should not exceed three years.

Educational Qualification

Age Limit

 Age Relaxation

• Reservations for SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/EWS/PWBD applicants will be made in accordance with government instructions.
• 5% represents a relaxation in the final SC/ST and PWBD selections.
• Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is 5 years, for OBC candidates it is 3 years, and for PWD candidates it is 10 years.
• 5 years for children/family members of victims of the 1984 riots

Selection Process

• The applicant’s percentage in the prescribed essential educational qualification will be used to create a merit list. Wherever a qualifying examination is awarded a CGPA/CPI or other grade, the equivalent percent of marks should be provided in the application according to the University/standards. Institute’s A certificate to this effect will be needed of the candidate.
• Candidates on the merit list are going to be involved document verification, and if they’re determined to be suitable, they’re going to be appointed as Trade Apprentice Trainees. There will only be a one-week time frame available. If the trainee does not join within the allotted time, he or she will lose his or her job. Candidacy will be revoked.
• In the case of candidates with equal marks in the merit list (even after adjusting for decimal points), the candidate with the higher qualification will be placed higher in the merit list, and in the case of candidates with the same qualification, the candidate with more marks in the preceding educational qualification will be placed higher in the merit list.

Stipend

• The stipend will be paid in accordance with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneur ship’s notice of September 25, 2019.
• Apart from the consolidated stipend, the Apprentice Trainees will not be entitled to any additional benefits, perks, or allowances.
• The trainees will have access to medical care in the RCF Hospital on an outpatient basis.
• Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited would not provide any transportation help from any location.

How to Apply?

• Go to www.rcfltd.com and fill out the form.
• Select “RECRUITMENT” and then “ENGAGEMENT OF TRADE APPRENTICES – 2021” from the drop-down menu.
• Before applying, read the entire advertisement details, including the directions and terms and conditions.
• To fill out the Application Form, select “I Accept” and then “Apply Online.”
• Candidates should preserve a scanned copy of their identification card.
• Once you’ve completed the Application form, click “SAVE/SUBMIT” to save/submit the information you’ve entered.
• The Application form will be generated after the application has been submitted.
• Select “Print” to print the Application form, which will be needed at the interview.
• Candidates are not required to send a printout of their completed online application form.

Important Instructions

• The email address and phone number provided in the application must be valid and functional for at least one year from the date of submission.
• To earn a stipend from Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers, the candidate must have an Aadhar linked bank account in his or her own name (ideally a nationalized bank with online banking / electronic services).
• If selected for employment as a Trade Apprentice Trainee, the candidate must have a PAN card at the time of reporting.
• Only those who match the following requirements should apply: If it is discovered at any point during the process that the candidate does not fulfil the advertised eligibility standards, his or her candidature will be dismissed without explanation.
• If it is discovered at any point throughout the recruitment process that the candidate does not fit the advertised requirements or has provided false information on the online application form, his or her candidature will be terminated.
