As the GATE 2022 will be held in February by IIT Kharagpur, most of the aspirants have already started the preparations for the exam. This might be surprising to hear, but there are two different cut off’s in connection with the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or GATE. These are GATE Qualifying Cut Off and GATE Admission Cut Off.
While GATE qualifying cut off score is the minimum mark that must be obtained by any candidate in order to qualify the GATE exam, the GATE Admission Cut off score is the minimum mark that must be obtained by every candidate in order to obtain admission to specific institutes.
