HAL Recruitment 2022 Management Trainee – Salary
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited would pay INR 40,000/- to individuals who are selected for the role during the 52-week training period. A Dearness Allowance and a Canteen Allowance will also be given to the candidates.
Furthermore, bachelor housing is permissible during the training period, subject to the Company Rules. The candidates will be employed as Engineers in the Grade-II Scale of Pay, which ranges from INR 40,000 to INR 1,40,000, after finishing the probation term.

HAL Recruitment 2022 Management Trainee – Exam Pattern
The Written Test and the Interview are both part of the HAL selection procedure. Both roles have an identical exam pattern, which has been explained below:
Online Exam
- The test will be of the Objective Type.
- There will be a 160-point online test.
- One point will be awarded for each correct response.

Interview
Candidates who acquire a higher score in the written exam than the HAL Cut Off will be called to an interview round. Candidates will be chosen for this stage based on their performance in the online test, in order of merit, in a 1:5 ratio to the number of vacancies in each discipline and category. The weighted average of 85 percent for the online test and 15 percent for the interview will be used to create the final merit list.
