Kamdhenu University has released notification regarding the vacancies available in the institution. The vacancies belong to various categories. There are a total of 14 vacancies. Kamdhenu University Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Kamdhenu University has put forth certain criteria for recruiting candidates for the available vacancies. Only those candidates who satisfy these criteria will be shortlisted from all the applications submitted.

Applicants should be Indian nationals. They should also be well versed in Hindi and Gujarati. Apart from these, there are criteria based on educational qualifications and age limit for each post. Read on to know more.

Kamdhenu University Recruitment 2022 Educational Qualifications

Kamdhenu University will be looking for candidates who have the following educational qualifications.

Laboratory Technicians: 

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Microbiology or Biochemistry
• Trained as a Laboratory Technician at an institute recognized by the government.
• Passed the examination of CCC of DEOACC or any equivalent level examination determined by the state government.

Steno Grade 3

• Candidates must possess B.A or B. Com or B.SC from a recognized university.
• Should have a speed of not less than 80 words per minute in short hand and 40 words per minute in English typewriting for English.
• Should have a speed of not less than 60 words per minute in short hand and 25 words per minute in Gujrati typewriting.
• Passed the examination of CCC of DEOACC or any equivalent level examination determined by the state government.

Junior Clerk

• Candidates should have passed HSE or standard 12 or its equivalent examination or 3 years diploma in Veterinary and allied sciences.
• Should have a speed of 25 words per minute in Gujarati and 40 words per minute in English typewriting.
• Passed the examination of CCC of DEOACC or any equivalent level examination determined by the state government.

Kamdhenu University Recruitment 2022 Age Limit

The age limit set by Kamdhenu University is as follows:

Laboratory Technicians: 18 to 36 years

Steno Grade 3: 18 to 36 years

Junior Clerk: 18 to 34 years

Kamdhenu University Recruitment 2022 Application Fee

Application fee has to be paid for acceptance of application forms. The applications of those who do not pay the fee will be rejected. The application fee based on reservation categories is as follows:

• General or Unreserved Category: Rs. 500 + bank transaction charge
• SC/ ST/ EWS/ SEBC/ PH: Rs. 250 + bank transaction charge
• Ex Servicemen: Nil

Kamdhenu University Recruitment 2022 Application Process

1. Candidates are urged to go through the official notification in detail before applying for the job.
2. Once you ensure your eligibility, visit the official website to start the application process.
3. Candidates will have to first register themselves through the link provided in the website.
4. Once this is done, candidates will receive an OTP through email. They will also receive a username and password.
5. The candidates should then proceed to fill the application form using the credentials sent through mail.
6. Carefully fill in the all the required details and save and continue at the end of each page.
7. Once the details are entered, pay the application fee and upload photo, signature and documents as mentioned in the notification.
8. Once everything is done, submit the application form.
9. Take a printout and keep for future reference.
10. Candidates should ensure that they have a valid mobile number and email id during the whole process as the university will be using these for all correspondence.

Kamdhenu University Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

The selection process varies according to the post. Let’s have a look at the selection process for each of the posts. The syllabus for the written as well as skill test for each category is given in the official notification.

Lab Technician

Candidates applying for the post of Lab Technician will have to write an objective type test of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) as well as Optical Marker Reader(OMR). OMR test will consist of questions based on the topic. The written test will have 200 questions for a total of 200 marks. The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes. Each question will be of one mark. There will be a negative marking of .5 marks for every wrong answer. Candidates should score 50% marks or more to qualify on the basis of merit. Final selection will be made based on the marks scored in the written test.

Steno Grade 3

Candidates applying for the post of Steno Grade 3 will have to write a competitive test of 100 marks. Candidates who score 80% or more in this test will be called be called for a short term typing test. The typing test will also be of 100 marks. Final selection will be made based on the combined marks scored in the written test and typing test.

Junior Clerk

Candidates applying for the post of Clerk will have to write a competitive test of 100 marks. Those who score 50% or more in this test will be called for a Computer Proficiency Test. Final selection will be made on the basis of combined marks scored in the written test and Computer Proficiency test.

Final recruitment of candidates for all posts will be done after verification of documents. The medium for the exam will be Gujarati. The medium for the English test will be English and Computer Proficiency test will be in both English and Gujarati.

Kamdhenu University Recruitment 2022 Salary

Let us have a look at the pay scale provided by the university for all the vacancies:

Lab Technician: Those selected for these posts will be given a salary of Rs. 31340 for the first five years. After the completion of five years they will be paid Rs. 29200 to Rs. 92300 based on Pay Matrix level 5.

Steno Grade 3: Those selected for these posts will be given a salary of Rs. 19950 for the first five years. After the completion of five years they will be paid Rs. 25500 to Rs. 81100 based on Pay Matrix level 4.

Junior Clerk: Those selected for these posts will be given a salary of Rs. 19950 for the first five years. After the completion of five years they will be paid Rs. 19900 to Rs. 63200 based on Pay Matrix level 2.
