UPPSC APO Eligibility Criteria 2022

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has recently issued the official notification for the recruitment of candidates between the age of 18- and 45 to the post of Assistant Prosecutor Officer. The notification is out now. The candidates can submit the official notification before the due date. UPPSC APO Age Limit

Before applying for the post of UPPSC APO,  the candidates should check the; eligibility criteria are given. According to the prescribed notification, only those candidates between the age of 18 years and 40 years will only be allowed to participate in the selection process.  As per official notification applicant must be of the generation pack 18 years to 40 years as of 01.04.2022. The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years. Age relaxation applies to the candidates as per the government rule.

UPPSC APO Age Relaxation

As per the government rule, age relaxation is provided to a certain category as per the official notification. The candidates who are eligible for the age relaxation should submit the necessary documents to prove their eligibility for receiving age relaxation.

UPPSC APO Education Qualification

Those candidates who are  Law graduates can only apply for the post. The candidates who wish to apply for the post should have Law Degree from any acknowledged University. the candidates should pass with 65% of marks from the discipline. Those candidates who are currently studying the final year course can also apply for the post of APO. Any qualification equivalent to the qualification of graduation from any recognized institution such as the Central Government is also recognized as valid qualification to apply for the post of APO.

UPPSC APO Nationality

As per the notification issued by the government of Uttar Pradesh, only candidates belonging to certain nationalities are supposed to apply for the post. This includes the candidate who is a Citizen of India, a Subject of Nepal, a Tibetan Refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, a Subject of Bhutan, a subject who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia.
