The basic pay scale salary for TN Temporary will be Up to Rs.7500.

TN Temporary Teachers Recruitment 2022 New Guidelines
According to the officials, these appointments should be done properly on the basis of educational qualifications following the guidelines. It has been informed that all the vacant posts in all government schools should be published on the notice board today and eligible candidates can apply from July 4 to July 6 till 5 pm.
Applicants can apply through District Education Officers and Local Education Officers in person or through email. All these details should be scrutinized and all application details should be forwarded to the Commissioner of School Education by 8 pm on 6th July. The circular also said that if the work of the temporarily appointed teachers is not satisfactory, they will be dismissed immediately.
General Instruction:
Nominees whose house is near to the school will get higher priority in teacher appointments. Applicants should be eligible as per the order issued by the government in 2020 to get the post of senior teacher position.
- Entrants who clear Teacher Eligibility Test-TET will get temporary teaching jobs in Tamil Nadu Government Schools.
- TRB’s exclusive contenders participating in certificate verification will also get this opportunity, they said.
- TNDSE has strictly stated that the recruitment of teachers will be made mandatory based on the merit of the candidates.
- The notification was issued by TNDSE in response to the High Court Bench’s recommendation for revised guidelines for the recruitment of teachers in Tamil Nadu Government Schools.
Advised to Appoint 3 types of Teachers
Intermediate Teachers, Graduate teachers and Postgraduate Teachers. (Intermediate teachers, graduate teachers and postgraduate teachers). These appointments can be made by the school management committee which may be in the respective schools. After this, there was a complaint that teachers were appointed at their discretion without following the proper regulations. A case was filed in the Madurai High Court and an interim order was issued for the appointment of temporary teachers.
