Company Accommodation/HRA

Apprentices shall not be provided with HRA or Company-sponsored housing; however, some hostel amenities are offered to outside candidates.

Leave & Holidays

Apprentices are eligible for the following leave and holidays:

• Casual Leave- 12 days per calendar year
• Medical Leave- 15 days
• Extraordinary Leave- 10 days (without stipend)

An apprentice must take advantage of any holidays observed in the workplace where they are completing their training.

Graduate Apprentice (Secretarial Practice and Accounts/Office Management): 

Non-Engineering Graduate from any discipline of a recognized university with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.

Document Verification

The merit list will determine which candidates are shortlisted for document verification, subject to the availability of seats in the selected Trades/Disciplines. At the time of document verification, the originals of the following documents should be provided, together with a self-attested copy:

1. The concerned education board will provide you a certificate of 10th grade completion or matriculation as proof of your age. The date of birth cannot be verified with any other document.
2. Candidates from the reserved categories must submit a SC/ ST/OBC (NCL)/Disability/EWS-Income & Asset Certificate in the format required and issued by the competent authority.
3. Certificate of being a ward of a HEC employee, former employee, contract worker, Hatia displaced, or dependent of an employee who has passed away, respectively (if applicable)
4. The respective school board’s Class XII marksheet and the semester-by-semester/year-by-year mark sheets for engineering degrees and diplomas
5. Certificate of Final Graduation, Diploma, or Provisional Degree issued by appropriate Board or Authority.
6. Final grade report for graduates or technicians (Diploma)
7. Conversion certificate from the relevant University or Institute from CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade to percentage of marks, if applicable.
8. Certificate from the principal of the polytechnic, college, institute, or, if appropriate, the school where the candidate pursued his or her graduation or diploma course, stating the date the results were published.
9. SLC/CLC/TS in the original should be checked while validating documents.
10. Five recent, full-color passport photos.
11. Only a Demand Draft may be used to receive application fee payments.
