The appointment will be done as ‘initial appointees’. The remuneration will be as per government regulation in GA and PG department notification No. 28621-GAD-SC-RULES-0037/2017/Gen released on 27th October 2021 concerning Group C and Group D posts. The appointments to these posts shall be governed by Odisha Group C and Group D posts (contractual appointment) Rules 2013. It is also influenced by the amendments and updates made by The Odisha Laboratory Assistants in Government Engineering Schools and Polytechnics Rules 2022 (methods of recruitment and the conditions of the service). Consolidated monthly remuneration for the first year is INR 14200/-. The above said remuneration is subject to revision according to the decisions made by the Odisha government from time to time.

Aspirants should make sure that they have all the qualities prescribed in the advertisement as their eligibility. The candidature to prelims exam and mains exam is purely provisional as admission to them is granted merely based on the information furnished in the online application they submitted. If at any stage of recruitment it is found that the candidate has furnished false or a piece of incorrect information or has omitted a piece of important information or that they do not satisfy the eligibility criteria demanded by this position, their candidature will be cancelled. They should have passed the middle school exam with Odia as a subject or should have passed HSC/ equivalent exam with Odia as a medium of non-language subjects or must have qualified Odia as a language subject after class 7 or they should have qualified in the Odia test in middle English school standard conducted by the mass education department.
Age
