APPSC Non-Gazetted Jobs Notification Overview
Applications are being accepted online from qualified applicants for a variety of non-gazetted positions; more information is available at Para. The candidate must apply online at the Commission’s website, https://psc.ap.gov.in. The application can be submitted from 11/10/2022 to 02/11/2022 (Note: the deadline for fee payment is 01/11/2022 at 11:59 p.m.).To apply for the above position, the applicant must log in to the Commission’s website using his or her registered OTPR number. If the candidate is applying for the first time to the A.P.P.S.C.-notified posts, he/she must register his/her bio-data particulars via One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission’s Website, https://psc.ap.gov.in. When an applicant registers his or her information, a user ID is generated and given to his or her registered mobile number and email address. To select candidates for the position, the Commission will conduct a written examination in the form of a computer-based recruiting test. The written examination dates will be notified separately.

APPSC Non-Gazetted Jobs Salary Scale

APPSC Non-Gazetted Jobs Eligibility Criteria
The basic eligibility insisted by the commission is that He or she is in good health, has active habits, and is free of any bodily defect or infirmity that would render him or her unfit for such service, His or her character and antecedents qualify him or her for such service, He or she possesses the academic and other qualifications prescribed for the post and He or she is an Indian citizen.

- The Candidates shall have a minimum age of 18 and up to a maximum age of 42 as on 01/07/2022

- Application Fees
The application processing fee is Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) and the examination fee is Rs. 80/- (Rupees Eighty Only). If an applicant is qualified for more than one position, he or she must pay the fee for each position and apply for each one separately. However, the following applicants are excused from paying the examination fee of Rs.80/- only.
- SC, ST, and BC, as well as PH and ex-servicemen
- Families who have a Household Supply White Card issued by the A.P. Government’s Civil Supplies Department (Residents of Andhra Pradesh)
- Candidates from other states must pay the stipulated price of Rs.80/- (Rupees Eighty only) plus a processing charge of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) via various means. Otherwise, such applications would be rejected, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Unemployed youth should submit a declaration to the Commission at a suitable time. Applicants from other states who fall into one of the above-mentioned categories are not eligible for a fee exemption or any other type of reservation.
APPSC Non-Gazetted Jobs Exam Pattern
APPSC Non-Gazetted exam will be conducted as a written exam which is an objective type. There will be two papers for the exam with a total of 300 questions out of 150 questions based on General Studies and Mental Ability. Another 150 questions will be based on the subject which is concerned with the post. The total duration is 300 minutes.

The syllabus for Paper 1 is as follows:

- Current affairs- international, national, and regional.
- General Science and its applications to the day-to-day life of Contemporary developments in Science & Technology and Information Technology.
- The social-economic and political history of modern India with emphasis on Andhra Pradesh.
- Indian polity and governance: constitutional issues, public policy, reforms, and e-governance initiatives with specific reference to Andhra Pradesh.
- Economic development in India since independence with emphasis on Andhra Pradesh.
- Physical geography of Indian sub-continent and Andhra Pradesh
- Disaster management: vulnerability profile, prevention, and mitigation strategies, Application of Remote Sensing and GIS in the assessment of Disaster.
- Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection
- Logical reasoning, analytical ability, and data interpretation.
- Data Analysis:
- Tabulation of data
- Visual representation of data
- Basic data analysis (Summary Statistics such as mean, median, mode, variance, and coefficient of variation) and Interpretation
- Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and its Administrative, Economic, Social, Political, Cultural and Legal Implications/Problems
Paper 2 is based on the concerned subject for the posts mentioned.
APPSC Non-Gazetted Jobs Exam Centres
The examination centers will be disclosed individually. The applicant has three options for testing centers. However, the Commission has the right to assign the applicant to any examination center based on the availability of resources such as centers and systems.

APPSC Non-Gazetted Jobs Selection Process
- The merit in the exam to be held by the Scheme and Syllabus stated in Annexure – II will be used to determine eligibility for this recruitment notification. Candidates for appointment to the position will be chosen through a written examination.
- It is mandatory to take all of the examination papers (computer-based tests). Lack of attending any of the papers will result in the candidate’s disqualification.
- The Commission will set the examination standard as well as the cut-off marks for the various categories of selection. Candidates must, however, achieve minimum qualifying marks to be considered for selection against specific openings.
- The answer key would be available on the internet. There will be no separate memorandum of markings published.
