AP Grama Sachivalayam recruitment 2020 notification was released in the  month of January  for various posts. Interested eligible Candidates can apply online. AP Grama Sachivalayam 2020 exam is tentatively scheduled to be held in the month of September as per notice  published in the newspaper. AP Grama/Ward Sachivalayam has released the recruitment notification for a  total 16,208 Vacancies in Rural and Urban areas for the various posts of:

AP Grama/Ward Sachivalayam  2020 Eligibility 

Required Eligibility Criteria

Candidates appearing must have the following qualifications to be eligible to take up the exam-

(i) Candidate is of sound health, active habits and free from any bodily defect or infirmity rendering him/her unfit for such service.
(ii). The  character and antecedents of candidates should be such as to qualify him/her for
such service.
(iii). Candidates must possess the academic and other qualifications prescribed for the post.
(iv). Candidates must be citizen of India and also resident of Andhra Pradesh

Age Limit

Candidate whose age  is between 18 and 42 years ofage as on 01.07.2020 are eligible to apply. Also Candidates should not be born earlier than 02.07.1978 and not later than 01.07.2002

 1. Panchayat Secretary(Grade – V) in A.P. Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Age Limit

Age Relaxation is applicable to certain categories as shown below-

2. Village  Revenue Officer(Grade –II)

Educational Qualification

(a) Must have passed Secondary School Certificate Examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra pradesh or its equivalent.

(b) Also must have obtained National Council of Vocational Training Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil) Trade (two years) Course with Surveying as one of the subjects in any Industrial Training Institute recognized by the Government of India.
Candidates with higher qualification in the same trade course are also eligible to apply.

3. ANMs (Grade-III)

Educational Qualification

• Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination / intermediate pass with any group.
• Must have passed either 18/24 months MPHA(F) course conducted in the State (recognized by AP Nursing & Midwives Council)

OR

Two Years Intermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) Course and have completed one year Clinical Training in selected Government Hospital in which intermediate (Vocational
MPHVWV(F)) students have been permitted to undergo
clinical training. or

• Completed one year ApprenticeshipTraining in identified hospitals and awarded “Apprenticeship Completion Certificate” by the Board of Apprenticeship training, Gol. Southern Region, Chennai, Must be registered in AP Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery and Health Visitors Council.
• Must be registered in A.P. Para Medical Board in respect of candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Worker (F) Course.
• Must have Physical fitness for camp life.

4. Animal  Husbandary  Assistant

l)Two years Animal Husbandry Polytechnic Course conducted by Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati,
OR
2) Intermediate Vocational course in Dairying and Poultry Sciences as one of the subjects of study / two years Poultry Diploma Course conducted by the Polytechnic College Ramachandrapuram of Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati etc., / two years Intermediate Vocational Course in Multi Purpose
Veterinary Assistant (MPVA)

5. Village Fisheries Assistant

• Fisheries polytechnic Diploma from any recognized university/ Technical board or
• Intermediate with vocational course in fisheries/aquaculture  from any recognized board or,
• B.F.Sc(4 years) degree from any recognized university or,
• B.Sc (Fisheries) /B.Sc (Aqua culture) from any recognized university or,
• M.Sc  Qualification with one of the subject as Fisheries Science/ Fishery Biology/Aquacultuure/capture and culture fishes/ marine Biology/ coastal Aquaculture/ Oceanography/ industrial fisheries.

6. Village Horticultural Assistant

Educational Qualification

Candidates appearing must have following educational qualifications-

•  4 years B.Sc Horticulture / B.Sc (Hons) Horticulture of a Recognized University in the State (or) any other University accredited by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt., of India, New Delhi.
• 2 years Diploma in Horticulture (from Dr. YSRHU / ANGRAU recognized)

7. Village Agricultural Assistant (grade – II)

Educational Qualification

• Must have qualified 4 Years B.Sc, (Agriculture)/ 4 Years B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering) from a recognized University in the State / any other University accredited by ICAR, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmer Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi. / 2 Years Diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic / 2 Years Diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic (Seed Technology) OR,
• 2 Years Diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic (Organic Farming) / 3 Years Diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic (Agricultural Engineering) recognized by the ANGRAU / Serving MPEOs with B.Sc (BZC) degree are also eligible to apply as a one-time exemption for having worked as MPEO in the Dept. of Agriculture. On selection B.Sc (BZC) candidates should acquire a 2-year Diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic to get eligibility for further promotion.

8. Village Sericulture Assistant

Educational Qualification

Must have passed Intermediate Vocational Course in Sericulture / B.Sc. with Sericulture / M.Sc., Sericulture

9. Mahila Police and Women & Child Welfare Assistant

Educational Qualification

The candidates shall pass any degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a provincial Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or by a recognized State Board of Technical Education and training are eligible for the post of Mahila police and women & child welfare assistant /Ward women & weaker sections protection secretary.

10. Engineering Assistant (Grade-II)

Educational Qualification

Must possess a Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training AP or its equivalent qualification. (OR) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering of a University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grant Commission.

11. Panchayat Secretary(Grade – VI) Digital Assistant

Educational Qualification

Must have passed the Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computers, IT, Instrumentation, BCA/MCA, any degree with computers as one of the subjects such as B.Sc.,(Computers)/ B.Com.,(Computers) from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (or) by a recognized State Board of Technical Education and Training.

12. Village Surveyor (Grade  – III)

Educational Qualification

Must have obtained NCVT Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil) Trade (Two years course with surveying as one of the subjects in any Industrial Training Institute recognized by the Govt. of A.P. or Govt. of India).

(or) Must pass passed Intermediate (Vocational) Course with Surveying as one of the subject conducted by the Board of Intermediate of Andhra Pradesh.

(or) Must have passed Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Institute recognized by any State Govts. in India

(or) Must have passed B.E / B Tech in Civil Engineering (or) it’s equivalent from any Institution/University recognized under the Acts, by GoAP or Govt. of India.

(or) Must have obtained the Licensed Surveyor Certificate issued by the Commissioner / Director of Survey, Settlements & Land Records, A.P., and such Licensed Surveyor Certificate shall be a valid one with the renewal as per the instructions/rules in force

13. Welfare and Education Assistant

Educational Qualification

Must have passed the Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission

Urban Areas-

1. Ward Administrative Secretary

Educational Qualification

• Any degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a provincial Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or by a recognized State
  Board of Technical Education and training

2. Ward Amenities Secretary (Grade-II)

Educational Qualification

• Polytechnic Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering and above

3. Ward Sanitation & Environment Secretary (Grade-II)

Educational Qualification-

A Graduate in Sciences or Environmental Sciences and above namely, Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of
Science (Hons) [B.Sc/B.Sc (Hons), Master of Science (M.Sc), in the disciplines of Sanitation Sciences,
Biotechnology, Micro-biology, Environmental Science, Botony, Zoology, Bio-sciences.

4. Ward Education & Data Processing Secretary

Educational Qualification-

• A Graduate in computer science viz.,
  a) Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering (B.Tech)
  b) Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
  c) Bachelor of Engineering (BEng or BE) in Computer Science
  d) Bachelor of Computing in Computer Science
  e) Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Computer Science) – BSE (CS)
  f) Bachelor of Computer Security in Computer Science
  g) Bachelor of Science (BSc or BS) in Computer Science (BSc CS or BSCS or BSc (Comp)
  h) Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
  i) Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

5. Ward Planning & Regulation Secretary (Grade-II)

Educational Qualification-

• Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering/L.A.A or B.Arch/B. Plng and above

Ward Welfare & Development Secretary (Grade-II)

Educational Qualification-

• A Graduate in Arts and humanities andabove viz.,
