Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) recruits teachers under the new scheme 7th Phase Primary Teacher Niyojan. The teachers enjoy a handsome basic pay along with the allowances. They are also entitled to pension based on their basic salary at the time of retirement.
Bihar 7th Phase Teacher Salary
The basic salary of teachers recruited under 7th Phase Primary Teacher Niyojan will be in the range of Rs. 20000 to Rs. 40000. In addition to the basic salary, they are also entitled for various allowances as approved by the Bihar government from time to time. The gross salary will be two times that of the basic salary.
