Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has come up with a new scheme ‘7th Phase Primary Teacher Niyojan’ to recruit primary, middle school and secondary teachers. The recruitment will be held in phases with that for Primary teacher starting in July. Bihar School Education department has released all information regarding eligibility criteria, application process, selection process etc. Interested and eligible candidates can check out the official website – www.educationbihar.gov.in for more details and can also submit their applications online.
Bihar School Education department has also released a notice stating the changes made in the selection process. Earlier the selection was made on the basis of the CTET result. The board has now proposed a new mode for the selection of teachers i.e. the introduction of 60-40 ratio of weightage for the CTET Score and academic score of the candidates for the 7th Phase of Teacher Recruitment 2022. Earlier the selection was based only on the result of CTET.

Bihar 7th Phase Teacher Salary Structure
Bihar Public Service Commission gives a handsome pay to the teachers who are recruited under the Bihar School Education department. The gross salary includes the basic salary and all the allowances as per the state government norms. The various allowances allotted are Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance etc.
The basic salary for teachers under 7th Phase Teacher Niyojan is in the range of Rs. 20000 to Rs. 40000.
Salary Slip 2022
The salary slip gives an insight of the complete renumeration package. It shows the breakdown of the gross salary which includes the basic pay and other allowances and also the deducted amount of Provident Fund (PF). The gross salary will be up to two times that of the basic salary.

Allowances
