Educational Qualifications
Stenographer– Higher Secondary (Class 12th) from a recognized Board or Council. A Diploma/Certificate in Stenography from ITI/Polytechnic. Also, a minimum of 06 months diploma in computer application from government-recognized institutes.
LDA– Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate from a recognized Board or Council. Should have a minimum 06 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Also, a good working knowledge of office productivity software.
Copyist– Higher Secondary (Class 12th) from a recognized Board or Council. Should have a minimum 06 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Also, a good working knowledge of office productivity software.
Chowkidar and Office Peon – Class VIII pass but under matriculate.
Data Entry Operator (DEO)– Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate from a recognized Board or Council. Should have a minimum 06 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Also, a good working knowledge of office productivity software.
Bench Assistant– Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate from a recognized Board or Council. Should have a minimum 06 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Also, a good working knowledge of office productivity software.
Typist– HSLC pass. Should have a minimum 06 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Also, a good working knowledge of office productivity software.

Selection Procedure
A Shortlist of candidates will be done according to the application. Suitable candidates will be called for:
- Written Examination- Comprises of General English, General Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude with 20 marks each.
- Knowledge of Computer-Theory for 20 marks.
- Language Skill Test in Bengali.
- After that, the candidates will be again shortlisted on basis of marks obtained. Shortlisted candidates have to attend the Computer Proficiency Test (for Stenographer) for 50 marks.
