The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set-up for planning, development and construction of Housing Projects, Commercial Lands, Land Management as well as providing public facilities like roads, bridges, drains, etc. within the area NCT. In 2020 October DDA invited applications from candidates towards the Junior Secretariat Assistant post with 292 vacant posts and conducted the first two stages of the screening. Now the authority is all set to conduct the third phase of the selection process, and the DDA JSA Admit Card 2021 is now available.

The Junior Secretariat Assistant post in Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is a Level-2 Grade C post. Candidates below 27 years with Senior Secondary Certificate and the typing speed of 35 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi were eligible to fill the application in 2020. DDA has already conducted the two stages of written examination and shortlisted applicants for the Typing test. In this stage, the candidates, typing speed and accuracy will be checked. Candidates should be able to do the typing with the speed of 35 w.p.m. in English and 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. during the test.
The candidates who have qualified for the Stage-II examination will only be shortlisted for typing speed test based on marks scored by them in Stage-I examination. However, Final Merit/Select list will be prepared only in respect of those candidates who will qualify for the typing speed test in terms of the notification.
