Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC )had released its latest recruitment notification 2019-20 for 1492 posts. Applications are invited from young and dynamic persons of Indian nationality. DMRC had started the Delhi Metro Post Recruitment 2019 on 14 December 2019, for the recruitment of 1492 regular and contractual Executive and Non-Executive Posts. DMRC Application: How to apply

- Click on ‘Careers’
- Here the candidate will be able to see a notification related to various current and past vacancies.
- Click on the relevant notification which candidate is looking to apply.
- Fill all the details as required in the form, such as Personal details, educational qualifications, etc.
- Upload the colored passport-sized photo of the candidate, along with the signature and caste/category certificate (if applicable).
- After the form has been filled successfully, DMRC servers will generate the Bank Challan for fee payment by the candidate, with a unique Bank reference number.
- Pay the fee through Bank Challan in any branch of SBI. The fee must be paid after at least 24 hours from the generation of challan.
- After two working days from fee payment, candidates can apply for the acknowledgment receipt on DMRC’s website.
- After this step, DMRC servers will generate a final registration slip for the candidate. This slip will mention the candidate’s unique registration number, post applied and personal details of the candidate.
- Candidates are advised to keep a copy of this slip with them for future reference.

DMRC Notification: Important Details
- DMRC recruitment will be done online on the DMRC official website.
- DMRC registrations were expected to start from 14 December 2019 and the last date for submitting DMRC online applications is 13 January 2020.
- Candidates will get one month time period to apply for DMRC Executive and Non-Executive Jobs.
- DMRC notification is issued for the recruitment of regular and contractual Executive and Non-Executive posts.
- Result and all recruitment related information shall be available only on the official Website
- Dates of CBT examination, result and all recruitment related information shall be available on official website and candidates must remain in constant touch with it.

DMRC Exam: Eligibility
Here are some common eligibility points which a candidate needs to cover for DMRC Recruitment 2019
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Candidate must possess the required 3 Year/ 4 Year Graduation Degree/Diploma as per the job which the candidate is applying for.
- The applicant also needs to fulfill some Medical/Health criteria to be eligible for Final Selection.
DMRC Exam: Pattern
- The CBT( Computer-based Test will consist of two papers (Paper-I and Paper-II, to be held on the same day at the same centre).
- Paper-I will consist of multiple-choice objective type questions, bilingual (Hindi/English), on General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude (General English for Maintainer-Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, and Fitter) and / knowledge of the discipline/trade.
- Paper-II (Not for Maintainers post, viz., from RNE16 to RNE18) will consist of objective type questions on General English to judge the knowledge of English language.
- Candidates who qualify separately in Paper-I & Paper-II and rank high on the merit list within the zone of consideration shall be called, based on the overall merit of CBT (both Paper-I & Paper-II together), category wise, for Medical Examination/GD &/or Interview, at Delhi/NCR

DMRC Exam: Process
The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness. Candidates will have to pass through each stage successfully (including Medical examination), before being adjudged as suitable for selection. Candidates, who fail in the prescribed medical test, will not be offered any alternative employment and the decision of the Corporation shall be final on this issue.
