GATE 2025 Question Paper Types & Marking Scheme
GATE 2025 question papers include three types of questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. MCQs carry 1 or 2 marks each, with four options and only one correct answer. Negative marking applies to MCQs: 1/3 mark is deducted for a wrong 1-mark MCQ, and 2/3 mark for a wrong 2-mark MCQ. MSQs and NAT questions have no negative marking.
How to Download GATE 2025 Previous Question Papers
To download the GATE 2025 question papers from the official IIT Guwahati website, follow these steps:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to the GATE 2026 IIT Guwahati official website.
- Navigate to the Downloads Section: Click on the “Downloads” tab located in the top menu.
