Gauhati University is inviting applications from graduates and matriculates towards 1837 vacant posts across 07 different positions. For the selection process, there will be two stages of the written test. The duration of the Written Test will be of 2 hours. The test will be for 100 marks with 100 questions and will be completely OMR based with each question carries 1 (one) mark. How To Apply
Candidates having required qualifications can now apply towards the Gauhati University Recruitment through the university official website, Click Here While filling the online application, Candidates has to upload a digital signature, photograph and the following list of documents through the provided link.
- Birth Certificate or Admit card of HSLC or equivalent examination for proof of age.
- Marksheet and Certificate of Educational Qualification for the post concerned.
- Other Technical, Stenography and Computer certificate/ Diploma (Minimum 6-month duration).
- Caste Certificate from the competent authority in respect of candidates belonging to SC, ST(P), ST(H) and OBC/ MOBC.
- Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card/ Certificate.
- The candidates are willing to apply for the post of Agril. Extension Assistant, have to furnish the Rural Background certificate in the prescribed Schedule –III as per the Assam Subordinate Service Rule, 1994 as amended vide notification No. AGA 20/2000/Pt (A)/24dated. The 31st Oct/2013.
