Educational Qualification:
Additional General Manager (Environment & Social) on contract/deputation/ post retirement/ superannuation basis :
- Aspirant must be B.E./ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Environment Engineering and M.E./M. Tech. in Environmental Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.
- Aspirant should have minimum 18 years of Post Qualification experience of Executive level in reputed private organization of Civil Engineering, or 15 years Post Qualification experience of Executive level in Government/PSU’s.
- Aspirant should be working in IDA pay scale of Rs. 90000-240000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale OR should be working with reputed private organizations drawing salary (CTC) of minimum Rs. 2,50,000/- per month (approximately).
- Aspirant Should have good understanding and knowledge of Indian environmental legislation, regulatory framework and compliances, Environment Clearances/ NOCs from Central and State regulatory authorities. Aspirant should have worked on Environmental & Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) and Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) for various sectors, such infrastructure projects (like Ports, Roads, Airports and Landfills etc.), MRTS, Light rail transit, high speed etc. Aspirant should have experience in handling projects funded by multilateral and bilateral funding agencies such as WB, AfD, KfW, ADB, JICA and well-versed health, safety and Environmental monitoring and assessment guidelines

- Candidate must be Bachelor in Planning from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute & Masters in Transport Planning or related field from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute.
- Applicants should have minimum 10 years of relevant Post Qualification experience of Executive level in reputed private organization of Civil Engineering, or 8 years of relevant post Qualification experience of Executive level in Government / PSU’s.

Deputy General Manager (Social) on contract/deputation basis:

- Candidate should have experience in coordinating and conducting Social Impact Assessment, preparation & implementation of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP), Environmental & Social Due Diligences (ESDDs) and development of Social Management Systems (ESMS) in Metro or various large Infrastructure or Rural Development Projects and detailed knowledge of carrying out social assessment studies, socio- economic baseline studies, planning and conducting public consultation/stakeholder consultation, indigenous peoples’ studies, preparation of land acquisition plan, resettlement and rehabilitation plans, monitoring and evaluation strategies.Candidate should have experience in handling projects funded by multilateral and bilateral funding agencies such as WB, AfD, KfW, ADB, JICA and well-versed Health, Safety and Environmental monitoring and assessment guidelines.
Manager (Architect) on Contract basis :
- Candidate must be a B.Arch engineering graduate from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute.
- Applicants should have minimum 9 years of Post Qualification experience of Executive level in reputed private organization of Civil Engineering or, 7 years Post Qualification experience of Executive level in Government / PSU’s.
- Candidate should be working in IDA pay scale of Rs. 50000160000 & above pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale OR should be working with reputed private organizations drawing salary (CTC) of minimum Rs. 1,25,000/- per month (approximately).
- Candidate should have experience in planning & design of elevated/ underground Metro stations and checking conformity of station layout to NBC/NFPA standards.
- Candidates having experience of designing large number of elevated Metro stations, which are in Operation with ample exposure to use design software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit, BIM etc. will be preferred. In addition, candidate shall be conversant with the procedures for obtaining statutory clearance from local authorities.
Joint General Manager – Civil/Track (O&M) on contract/deputation/ post retirement/ superannuation basis:
- Candidate must be B.E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute. Candidate should have minimum 16 years of Post Qualification experience of Executive level in reputed private organization of Civil Engineering, or 14 years Post Qualification experience of Executive level in Government / PSU’s.
