On January 12, 2021, the Haryana government opened the registration portal for the Common Eligibility Test (CET). The government published the terms and conditions for the CET in No. 42/119/2019-5GS-I, dated September 10, 2021. This notification was later superseded and replaced by a subsequent notification dated May 5, 2022, which was amended on May 31, 2022. As of May 31, 2022, 1003893 applicants had registered for CET through the designated portal, onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in.

Age

Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 42 at the time of registration. The upper age relaxation will be applied in accordance with the rules. According to rules or directives periodically issued by the Government of Haryana, applicants from Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, and other categories and with experience may be granted an age relaxation. Sons, daughters, and dependents of ex-servicemen are not eligible for age relaxation.

• To be eligible to apply for Group C positions after CET, the candidate must have a 12th pass certificate from a recognised board.
• To apply for Group D positions announced by the Haryana government, a candidate must have completed their matriculation or 10th grade.
• Sanskrit or Hindi must be studied as one of the subjects for the Matric exam, with Hindi in higher standards.

Answer Keys for the skill and/or written exams will be posted on the Commission’s website following the Examination. Candidates may review the Answer Keys and, if necessary, submit challenges online for a fee of Rs.100/- per question within the time limit specified by the Commission. Any complaints about Answer Keys received within the time limit set by the Commission at the time of uploading the Answer Keys will be investigated before the Answer Keys are finalised, and the Commission’s decision in this regard will be final. Later, no more suggestions for Answer Keys will be considered. After the final results of all categories/posts are declared, the final answer key will be posted on the Commission’s website.
