Indian Navy Agniveer Salary 2022: In-hand Salary

Indian Navy Agniveer Salary 2022: Allowances and Benefits
- After four years of service, the following sum will be awarded as the Seva Nidhi Package: Rs. 11.71 Lakh.
- In the future, 25% of Agniveer applicants will join the regular military force.
- A non-contributory life insurance policy worth 48 lakh will be offered.
- The next of kin would receive an additional Ex Gratia payment of Rs. 44 lakh for deaths attributed to service.
- Disability benefits: On time Ex Gratia of Rs. 44/25/15 lakh for 100%, 75%, and 50%, respectively, of disabilities.
- A maximum of 30 days of annual leave will be granted.
- There will also be a medical center and a canteen.
- 10% of the available positions would be reserved for the Assam Rifles, CAPFs, Coast Guard, and Defense PSU.
Agniveer Seva Nidhi
The Seva Nidhi package, which costs around Rs 11.71 lakh and includes freedom from service in the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Air Force after 4 years (Including, interest accumulated on the above amount as per the applicable interest rates would also be paid). Each month, people will donate 30% of their monthly earnings, and the government will match that amount. Each Agniveer will have two alternatives for how to receive the Seva Nidhi package, with the goal of providing financial loans for self-employment/entrepreneurship through a bank Guarantee as well as to cover immediate/incidental needs, upon leaving. Agniveer Death/Disability Compensation
Non-contributory life insurance coverage of Rs 48 lakhs, with an extra Ex. Gratia of Rs 44 lakh for service-related death. the unreserved amount, including the SevaNidhi component, up to 4 years. For the purpose of calculating disability compensation, the degree of disability or functional incapacity shall be established in accordance with the following guidelines: –
