Candidates from three different categories can apply for this post. The LIC ADO posts list for LIC ADO Recruitment 2022 has not been released yet. LIC ADO Selection Process 2022

Three different categories for which the apprentice development exam takes place are the open market category, employee category, and agent category. Prelims Exam Pattern

The English language will be only of a qualifying nature. And, this will not be added with prelims marks. The mode of examination will be completely online for the Life Insurance corporation apprentice development officer examination. The questions asked for this exam will be of objective type Marks that the candidates will have to obtain for the English paper needs to be just qualifying in nature and will not be taken into consideration. The selection of candidates to the post of apprentice development officer amongst the candidates belonging to the open market category who have applied for the LIC ADO Exam 2022 will have to undergo a two-staged examination process consisting of the preliminary and mains examination followed by the interview round and medical test for those candidates who clear the online exams. The LIC ADO Mains exam 2022 will also be an online objective type examination. This exam will have a total of 150 questions that can be attempted by the candidates.

Mains Exam Pattern

The mains exam will be out of 150 marks. Candidates who clear the preliminary round will have to undergo the next stage of the selection process is the main examination. LIC ADO LIC Employee Exam Pattern

The selection of candidates for the post of Apprentice Development officers conducted by the Life Insurance Corporation Of India from the employees and agents category will consist of only one online objective type MCQ test, i.e the mains exam. Unlike the open market category, these candidates will not have to give a preliminary examination. The exam patterns for both these categories just mentioned are different and are given below. The main examination for selecting candidates for the post of ADO’s from the agents and employees category will be for a total of 150 marks.

LIC ADO Agent Exam Pattern 

Same as for LIC Employees, there will be only a single CBT main examination for this category also. The exam will consist of 100 questions for 150 marks.

LIC ADO 2022 Interview Selection

The marks obtained by the candidates for the LIC ADO Prelims and mains exam will only be used for shortlisting the candidates. The final merit list of the LIC ADO Exam will be based on the performance of the candidates in the interview round. LIC ADO selection procedure consists of three stages and the last stage of the selection procedure is the interview which is the most important stage of this job vacancy posted by LIC. LIC ADO 2022 Post Wise Exam Details 

The ADO exam is conducted through three stages, viz Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Candidates between 21 and 30 years (for the General category) are eligible to apply for the post. Those candidates who clear the cut-off for prelims and mains only can attend the interview.
