- State Epidemiologist: MD, PSM, MBBS, Master’s degree in Public Health
- State Consultant-NLEP: Master Degree in Public Health/MBA
- Epidemiologist-NTEP: MBBS, Master Degree in Public Health/MBA/Epidemiology
- State Consultant-Nursing: M.Sc Community Nursing, B.Sc Nursing/ MPH/ MBA
- State Consultant-Quality Assurance: Master Degree in Public Health/MBA
- Zonal Entomologist: Post Graduate Degree in Zoology/Life Science
- Program Associate: Master Degree in Public Health/MBA
- Programme Assistant: Master in Social Work or Rural Development
- Lab Supervisor: M.Sc Medical Microbiology/Applied Microbiology
- Secretariat Assistant: BCA or Graduation
