Odisha Panchayati Raj Department is in the planning to release the Odisha Village Level Worker’s Recruitment 2021 notification. Candidates with higher secondary school education and below 32 years are eligible to appear for this Odisha VLW recruitment. The Panchayat Raj Department will conduct the recruitment through the state recruitment agency, Odisha Sub-ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) to find the eligible aspirants through the statewide written examination.

Odisha VLW Recruitment 2021

Odisha Sub-ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) is all set to conduct the Village Level Workers and Panchayat Executive Officer Recruitment in the next couple of months. Across the state, we are expecting hundreds of vacancies in this VLW recruitment. We will update you with the Odisha VLW vacancy once the official notification is published either in the OSSSC or the Panchayat Raj Department’s official website. On selection, the Odisha Village Level Worker will be appointed on the Pay Band 1 of Rs.5,200/- to Rs.20,200/- with a Grade Pay of Rs.2000/- Per Month along with Dearness and Other Allowances.

Odisha VLW Eligibility Criteria 2021

• Age Limit: Candidates ages shall be between 18 years and 32 years as of January 01, 2021. Ag relaxations according to the state government norms are applicable.
• Education Qualification: Candidates must have completed the 10+2/ Higher Secondary School Education from any recognized board or any other equivalent examination. The candidate should also possess knowledge of Computer Applications.
• Candidate must be able to read, write and speak Odia and shall have studied and passed Odia as a subject in HSC / Class – VII in Odia Middle English School Standard Or have passed Odia in final exam of Mass Education School standard from a Centre or State government recognised school, institution or university.
  Or have passed a test in Odia of Middle English School Standard conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Odisha or School Mass Education Department.
• Candidates must have registered her/ his name in any Employment Exchange of the district on or before the application date.

Odisha Village Level Worker Selection Process 2021

The Odisha State Staff Selection Commission will conduct a written test across all districts to find the shortlist for the skill test. The test pattern for the Odisha VLW recruitment is:

Based on the candidate’s performance in the written exam, they will get shortlisted for the skill test. The skill test shall be of qualifying in nature and will be for 15 Marks.
