OTET 2022 Paper 1: Language-I (Odia/Urdu/Hindi/Bengali/Telugu) Patterns
The main purpose of conducting this section is to check the teacher’s knowledge of the native language. Reading, writing and speaking skills in Odia, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali and Telugu. OTET 2022 Paper 1: Language-II English Pattern

- Questions like shapes and spatial Relationship, measurement, number system and operations in numbers, etc type questions are asked in this section.
OTET 2022 Paper 1: Environmental Studies Pattern
The primary motive of conducting this section is to evaluate a teacher’s knowledge in health and diseases, methods, and approaches to the environment.
- A total 30 number of questions are asked in Environmental Studies Pattern.
- Questions like matter, force, and energy, history of freedom struggle in India and Odisha, Physical Features of Odisha and India, etc type questions are asked in this section.
OTET 2022 Paper 1: Exam Pattern

- There will be a total of 150 questions in the OTET exam.
- All the questions are multiple-choice questions (Objective types) questions.
- For each correct answer, the student will score a +1 mark.

The primary motive of conducting this section is to evaluate a teacher’s knowledge in health and diseases, methods, and approaches to the environment.
- A total 60 number of questions are asked in Social Studies Pattern.
- 30 questions from Political Science as well as History and 30 questions from Geography.
- Questions like the aims and objectives of social science, the importance of teaching-learning social sciences at the primary and upper stage, and the objective of teaching-learning social sciences are asked in this section.
OTET 2022 Paper 2 Exam Pattern
- There will be a total of 150 questions in the OTET exam.
- All the questions are multiple-choice questions (Objective types) questions.
