The candidates will be paid in accordance with government regulations. The remuneration for each role is listed below.

• The company offers compensation package which includes Basic pay and DA (on IDA pay pattern) with benefits such as leased accommodation, conveyance reimbursement, medical facilities, group insurance, CPF Gratuity and other fringe benefits. Performance Related Pay (PRP) w ill be payable as per norms.
• Lease in Lieu of HRA, Monthly Conveyance Reimbursement, Uniform Reimbursement,
  Medical Reimbursement, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Superannuation benefits
  @ 30%.

PFC Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility w.r.t. Nationality will be as per the existing policy of the Corporation. While applying for any post, the applicant should ensure that applicants fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above, as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and that applicants has furnished any false information or has suppressed any material facts, their candidature will stand automatically cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming is detected even after appointment, their services are liable to be terminated without any notice.

Deputy Officer (Estate & Building management) (civil/electrical) – Any candidate with minimum three years specialization in Civil/Electrical Engineering, and also a graduate from any recognized institute/University. (Min. 55% marks in Graduation and diploma) Graduation and diploma through distance mode shall also be allowed.

Assistant Manager (Infrastructure Management) – B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT or MCA/PGDCA
Qualifications should be full time with minimum 60% marks in graduation & postgraduation level, as applicable.

Assistant Manager (Application Development) – B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT or MCA/PGDCA Qualifications should be full time with minimum 60% marks in graduation & postgraduation level, as applicable.

Assistant Manager (Finance/Commercial ) – CA/CMA and graduation in any stream OR B.Com. or B.Tech (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations) & 2-year MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA course with specialization in Finance”. Minimum 60% marks in graduation (Fulltime/Part time/Distance mode) for CA/CMA candidates. For management post graduates, B.Com./ B.Tech. and PG course should be full time with minimum 60% marks at each level.

Assistant Manager (Projects)- B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations) AND 2-year MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA course with specialization in Finance/ Power B.E./B.Tech. and MBA should be full time with minimum 60% marks at each level.
