1. Build an Idea

For creating an app first we need to build an idea about the app. Which type of app is to be created? Who is the targeted audience? What technology should be used? Everything has to be clearly defined.

2. Research on Market

The next step is to research other apps in the market. How they are working? What are the recent trends in the market? Etc and plan accordingly.

3. Analysis and Design

In this step figure out the must-have features for the apps. Quiz modes, gaming modes, online and offline modes, etc. Which technology should be used? The UI of the app comes under the design part. All these aspects have to be communicated to the development team.

4. Testing

After all the requirement meets it will be the duty of the developer team to create an app. They develop the app with all requirements and test it. In this test process, the bugs or missing features can be identified.

5. Feedback and follow up

After testing the app will be released in the market. And the developers take feedback from users. Know the needs of the targeted audience and make follow-ups.
