The Tripura TET Notification has been released on the official website of the Teachers Recruitment Board of Tripura (TRBT). On the official website, candidates must submit their online applications from November 14 until November 22, 2022. The Tripura TET Exam 2022 will be held on December 29 and 30, 2022.
The Tripura State Government Schools will hold the Tripura Teacher Eligibility Test in 2022 in two papers, Paper 1 for teaching Class I to V and Paper for teaching Class VI to VIII. Tripura TET Notification 2022 Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility for T-TET PAPER-I (for persons intended to be a teacher of classes I-V):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education by whatever name known, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
OR
Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05) by whatever name known.
OR
Graduation with at least 50 % marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Eligibility for T-TET PAPER-II (for persons intended to be a teacher of classes VI-VIII):
Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).
OR
Graduation with at least 45% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.).
OR

Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PH. Candidates who are appearing in the final year of Bachelor Degree in Education (B. Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed)etc., are provisionally allowed to appear in T-TET ( Paper I & II).

The application fee for Tripura TET Exam Paper 1 and 2 has been given below :
- UR – Rs.300/-(For each Paper)
- SC/ST/PH – Rs.200/-

Tripura TET 2022 Examination Pattern
Tripura TET Exam will be held in offline mode for both papers. Candidate will be 150 questions for 150 marks and to be completed in 2:30 hr for T TET Exam. There will be no negative marking. Candidate can in detail Tripura TET Examination pattern for Paper and Paper 2.

Tripura TET Passing Criteria
A candidate will be assumed to have passed if they receive 60% (90 out of 150) or more of the marks. According to the government of Tripura’s Education (School) Department’s resolution, candidates who are SC, ST, or PH may receive up to 5% (83 out of 150) of their required qualifying marks.
