The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced the UPPSC LT Teacher Social Science result on Friday. All those who appeared for the examination can check the results on the notice board of the Commission’s official website –http://uppsc.up.nic.in. The result is provided in PDF format.

UPPSC LT Teacher Social Science – Exam and Vacancies
The exam for the post of Assistant teacher (Trained graduate category) was conducted on July 29,2018. There was a total of 926 vacancies for Social Science teachers in Men’s branch. 462 seats out the total was for unreserved category. 250 seats were for the backward classes. 196 seats were for the Scheduled Caste and 18 seats for the Scheduled Tribe. According to the official notice, the results for 924 vacancies have been declared, while the results of two seats – 1 unreserved category and 1 OBC – has been withheld due to the pending court cases.

Points to note
The candidature is provisional. The candidates are expected to get their documents verified, the failure of which can lead to cancellation of their candidature. The date and venue of the document verification will be communicated to the candidates.
