The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the Combined State/ Upper Subordinate Service 2019 preliminary exam admit card. Candidates who have applied for the UPPSC PCS 2019 prelims exam can now download the admit card from the state PSC website. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts the PCS Exam for recruiting Group A and Group B officers to the state administrative services.

UPPSC PCS 2019 Prelims Admit Card
The UPPSC PCS 2019 prelims for Combined State/ Upper Subordinate Services will be held in two shifts on December 15, 2019, at 19 exam centres across Uttar Pradesh. The preliminary exam has two compulsory papers. Paper 01 is scheduled for the morning shift (09:30 am to 11: 30 am), and Paper 02 is scheduled for the afternoon shift ( 02: 30 pm to 04:30 pm). Both the papers are objective in nature and candidates should record their response in the given OMR sheet. Both the papers are prepared for 200 marks. There shall be 150 questions in Paper 01, while Paper 02 shall have 100 questions. The Paper-02 of the examination will be a qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%. The merit list of the candidates will be determined on the basis of marks scored in Paper 01.
