UPPSC State Engineering Services 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
The age of the aspiring candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years.
- SC/ST/OBC: 5 Years
- Physically Handicapped: 15 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years

Educational Qualifications
- Engineer (Panchayati Raj Department): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a University established by Law in India or recognized qualification.
- Assistant Engineer: A degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University. Preferably a candidate who has served in the territorial army for a minimum period of 2 years (Or) who has obtained a ‘B’ certificate of NCC.
- U.P. Agriculture Service Group ‘B’ (Engg. Branch): A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering from a University established by Law in India.
- Assistant Director: Intermediate Examination with Science of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or a recognized examination.
- Assistant Engineer (Boilers): A degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university in India. Should have practical training in design, construction, operation, and maintenance of boilers. Knowledge of written Hindi in Devnagri script.
- Technical Officer / Bhoomi Sankarshan Adhikari: Must have a degree in Civil / Agriculture Engineering from a recognized university in India. Diploma in soil conservation and water management. A candidate who has served in the territorial army for a minimum period of 2 years (Or) A candidate who has obtained a ‘B’ certificate of NCC.

Salary: Rs. 56,100- 1,77,500/-

Step 1
- Visit the official website of UPPSC State Engineering Services.
- Click on Apply link against the UPPSC AE 2021 examination.
- Choose the examination center.
- Register by entering the personal, and Educational details
- Validate and Preview before the Submission.
- Note the registration number that will be displayed on the screen for further processing.
Step 2
- Then proceed to the ‘Click here for payment’.
- Payment can be done using a credit/debit card, net banking, and other payment methods which are available. A receipt of Acknowledgment will be displayed. Candidates will have to take a printout of the same for future reference.

- Unreserved/ EWS/ OBC: Rs. 225/-
- SC/ ST, Ex-Serviceman: Rs.105/-
- Handicapped: Rs. 25/-
Step 3
- Proceed to the UPPSC AE 2021 application form.
- Fill out all the necessary information in the form carefully.
- Upload Photograph and signature of the candidates.
- Preview and verify all the information before submitting it.
