West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB) has released the admit card of written examination for the post of Assistant Environmental Engineer (AEE), Junior Environmental Engineer (JEE), Junior Environmental Assistant (JEA), Environmental Analyst, Senior Accounts Clerk, Accounts Clerk, and Laboratory Assistant. WB Pollution Contol Board had invited the applications for 07 posts in December 2020. Now the board has all geared up to conduct the written exam for the same. Applicants can now download the WBPCB Admit Card from the pollution control board websites, suing their login credentials.
WBPCB Admit Card 2021
West Bengal Pollution Control Board has published the admit card for the written exam of the Junior Engineer, Clerk & Accountant positions. The recruitment notification was for 48 vacant seats across 07 posts. Board will conduct the written test on January 25, 2021, to January 31, 2021, across the state. After the written exam, based on the candidate’s performance they will be shortlisted for the interview. Interview list will be published on February 11, 2021, and the interview is scheduled for February 15, 2021.
The Online (CBT) examination will be held for 90 marks (there will be 90 questions 1mark each) for a duration of 90 minutes. There will be a negative marking of 25% for each wrong answer.

Candidates should carry one of the following identity proofs along with the admit card while appearing for the exam:
- Voter’s Card
- Bank Passbook with the photograph
- E-Aadhar card with a photograph
- Employee ID
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer
- Identity Card issued by a recognized College/ University
- Permanent Driving License
- People’s Representative along with a photograph
