Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the dates for the Medical Test or Walking test Schedule for the posts of Forest Beat Officer (FBO) and Assistant Beat Officer (ABO) (Notification nos. 10/2018, 06/2019, and 07/201)9 on its official website. The candidates who have qualified in the written test conducted by the commission are called for the medical/Walking test which is to be conducted in December 2020. APPSC Medical Test Schedule for FBO & ABO

The Medical or Walking test dates for the qualified candidates in the Forest Range Officer in A.P. Forest Service, Forest Section Officer, and Forest Beat Officer/Assistant Beat Officer in A.P. Forest Sub-Service exam was released on 23rd December 2020.

According to the web note released by the APPSC, the Test will be held from 10 December 2020 to 24 December 2020. The schedule for walking and medical examination is available on the Commission’s website. Candidates can download the same from below. Moreover, the candidates who qualify in the walking and medical test have to attend for original certificates verification conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission.

Note: The qualified candidates should download intimation memo and physical fitness proforma from the Commission’s website and report before the Director, A.P., State Forest Academy, Maha pushkara Vanam (Nagaravanam), NH16, Near Auto Nagar, between Lalacheruvu to Diwancheruvu, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District for walking test and The Superintendent, Government General Hospital, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District for medical test respectively.

Steps to Download the Medical and Walking Test Schedule for FBO and ABO Posts

Candidates can download the schedule for the medical test from the link given below. Each day around 50 candidates will be called for the test. Along-with that candidates can download the physical fitness certificate, which is to be produced while attending the test.

• Log on to the official website @psc.ap.gov.in.
• Check the Announcement section on the home page.
• Click on the link ‘Forest Range Officers in A.P. Forest Service (General Recruitment) – Notification No.10/2018 and Forest Section Officers in A.P. Forest Sub Service – Notification No.06/2019 and Forest Beat Officer & Assistant Beat Officer in A.P. Forest Sub Service – Notification No.07/2019 (Published on 23/11/2020)’.
• A new window showing the schedule can be opened from the link ‘ Post-wise Schedule’.
• And the Physical Fitness Certificate format will also appear for posts- FRO, FSO, FBO, and ABO respectively.
• Download and take the printout of the same and save a copy for future reference.

Document Verification

In its latest web note released on 26th November, the APPSC has announced the dates for Document Verification. According to the APPSC, ‘candidates who will qualify in the walking and medical test have to attend for original certificates verification at O/o. the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission from 18/01/2021 onwards at 10.00 AM’. All further updates will be available on the official website.
