South Eastern Coalfields Limited has released the recruitment notification SECL Recruitment 2021 for various posts such as Assistant foreman, store issue clerk, assistant loading cler and cost accountant. This is an internal notification for departmental selection to the above mentioned posts. The total number of vacancies are 341. South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) is the largest coal producing company of India. It is a Miniratna company, and one of eight fully owned subsidiaries of Coal India Limited. The company has its headquarter at Bilaspur, Chattisgarh, India and 92 mines spread over Chattisgarh& Madhya Pradesh; 70 underground, 21 opencast, and 1 mixed. It is a schedule ‘B’ Mini Ratna CPSE in coal & lignite under the administrative control of Ministry Of Coal
The Company came into existence in 1985, when the Government of India decided to bifurcate a part of coal mines held by Western Coalfields Limited into new company called South Eastern Coalfields Limited, along with Central Coalfields Limited, which was bifurcated into Northern Coalfields Limited, for administrative purpose.

SECL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria
Education Qualification
Assistant Foreman
- Candidate must have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering(Minimum 3 years course).
Store Issue Clerk & Assistant Loading clerk
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation or equivalent examinations from any recognized board of examination.
Cost Accountant/Accountant
- Candidate must have passed Matriculation or Equivalent examination from any recognized board of examination or Matriculate who have passed CIL Accountant Examination Part – I and Intermediate Examination of ICWA or CA is Preferred.
Experience
Cost Accountant
- Candidate should have 4 years experience as cost Assistant/ accounts assistant in Clerical special grade for candidate who has passed matriculation
- One year experience as Cost Assistant/ accounts assistant for matriculate who have passed CIL Examinatuion part 1 in clerical special grade is preferred.
