RRB MI DV Admit Card 2022 Out

Railway Recruitment Board (Railway Recruitment Board or RRB) has issued the advertisement number 03/2019 Document Verification Admit Card (RRB MI DV Admit Card 2022) for recruitment to the ministerial and isolated posts. The candidates who were selected for document verification can now check and download their call letters by visiting the regional websites of RRBs. The date and time of document verification can be checked on the admit card or on your registered email id.

According to the official notice, the Railway Recruitment Board will conduct medical examination on the next day of Document Verification at Office of the Chief Medical Superintendent,  East Central Railway,Divisional Railway Hospital, Danapur, Patna (Bihar). Aspirants can download Railway Recruitment Board MI DV Admit Card from the concerned official website of Railway Recruitment Board. Aspirants are advised to upload their Photo, Signature,
Educational qualification certificate, Experience certificate, Matric Certificate as proof of date of birth, Caste certificate/PwBD Certificate/Exservicemen discharge certificate/EBC/EWS/Miniority etc. and Affidavits in case of variation in name, as applicable.

It must be ensure that failure to report for the Document Verification on the scheduled date or scheduled time will tantamount to the rejection of candidature unless it is supported by documentary evidence that the aspirant had to appear in a University/Government examination or due to sickness of the aspirant (Medical Certificate from a Govt. Medical Practitioner required). No other reason for absence will be considered in such cases only, the absentees will be provided a Final opportunity to appear in the Document Verification on 09.06.2022  followed by medical examination on the next day. Steps to Download RRB MI DV Admit Card 2022?

The aspirants can download the Railway Recruitment Board MI admit card for DV round by the following steps:

1. Go to the Railway Recruitment Board’s official website
2. Choose on the link that reads ‘Click here to download e-call letter for Document Verification.
3. The Railway Recruitment Board login window will be opened on your screen.
4. Now, Enter your Registered Mobile Number, Roll Number, Date of Birth,  and Captcha Code and submit.
5. The Railway Recruitment Board MI DV Admit Card 2022 will be displayed on your screen.
6. Download the Railway Recruitment Board MI DV Admit Card 2022 and take a printout of it.

Documents to be Bring for the DV Round

The following documents need to be carried by the candidates for the Railway Recruitment Board DV round:

1. not older than the 3 months recent passport size photograph – 03 numbers.
2. The upper portion of the admit card of the CBT, Translation Test/ Stenography Skill Test/Teaching Skill Test and Performance Test
3. Photocopy of both sides of your aadhar card.
4. Receipt of State Bank of India branch or post-office of the payment of pay when submitted through.

At the time of document verification, candidates are required to submit all educational certificates, experience certificates, caste certificates or PWBD certificates or Ex-Servicemen Discharge certificates or EBC or EWS or Minorities etc. in A4 size with original copy as per the information mentioned on the admit card. Two sets of photocopies will have to be brought. The candidates will be called for medical test on the next day of document verification.

Document verification of these candidates will be done on June 09. Candidates who are absent on the day of their DV due to any university or government examination or illness (must show a government medical certificate) will be given one more chance. These candidates will have to appear for RRB MI DV on 09 June. According to the issued notice, this is the last chance for DV, after this no candidate will be DV.

What After RRB MI DV Round?

After the completion of Document Verification, the aspirants will be sent for the medical exam. The medical exam will be held at Railway Hospital under the located jurisdiction of the concerned Railway Recruitment Board. This medical exam will be conducted on the next day of the RRB DV round.
