Railway Recruitment Board has released the much-anticipated notification for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC). As of March 2019, 44,531 vacancies are reported. The selection process includes two stages of Computer Based Test following the skill test and document verification process. For both the skill test the pattern and syllabus is almost the same. Only the difficulty level and the number of questions will vary.
For both levels of examination. General Awareness, Reasoning and Mathematics are the topics for the questions. For both Mathematics and General Awareness session NCERT textbooks are the holy bible for the preparation along with the newspapers. For both Reasoning session and Mathematics session, daily practice is necessary. Candidates can improve their score so easily with a daily dose of practice.
Knowing the pattern of the examination will really help to boost the preparation. It will guide us to know what to study and what to avoid. Unnecessary readings will kill the race. Previous year question papers will help us to understand the pattern of the examination as well as the difficulty level.
