Rajasthan Police Constable Eligibility Criteria
The police department has laid down certain eligibility criteria in terms of age, educational qualification, physical qualification etc. for the post of Police Constable. Only those applicants who fulfil these criteria will be considered for the post.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for the post of Police Constable should not be less than 18 years and the maximum age limit is 23 years. Age relaxation for various categories are as follows:
- Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) male candidates: 5 years
- BC / Saharia male candidates: 5 years
- Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) Female candidates: 10 years
- BC / Saharia Female candidates: 10 years
- State Government Employees: 3 years
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have passed in 8th Class examination from a recognized board or its equivalent.

Rajasthan Police Constable Application Process
- Candidates should go through the official notification to ensure that they satisfy all the criteria.
- Application forms will be available online at official website of Rajasthan Police – https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Applications have to be submitted online. No other mode of applications will be accepted.
- Candidates have to carefully fill all the required fields in the application form.
- Scan and upload the required documents.

Application Fee
Applicants will have to pay an application fee during the submission of application form. It can be paid through E- Challan or through net banking /credit/ debit cards of any bank. The application fee for various categories are as follows:
- General / OBC / Out of Rajasthan State : Rs. 400/-
- SC / ST Candidates( Only for Bonafide residents of of Rajasthan) : Rs. 350/-
- Gen (Annual Income is less than 2.5 Lakh): Rs. 350/-

Rajasthan Police Constable Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be selected for the post of Police Constable through a four stage process which includes:
- Written Examination
- Physical Measurements Test (PMT)
- Physical Endurance Test (PET)
- Interview / Document Verification
The written exam will be an objective test for 150 marks. Topic wise weightage is given in the table below:
