DSSSB DASS Grade 2 employee will be paid with the grade pay of Rs. 5400, Rs. 4800, Rs. 4600 and Rs. 4200 in the pay scale of Rs 9,300 – 34,800 in the Pay Band-2. The salary range for these posts is Rs. 44900-142400.

DSSSB DASS Grade 2 In-hand Salary

DSSSB DASS Grade 2 post is equivalent to the post of inspectors/assistants post. The in-hand salary of DASS Grade 2 is between Rs. 61,000/- to Rs. 67, 0000/- per month during the beginning of their career. In hand salary for the post of DSSSB DASS Grade 2 salary will be summed up after adding the allowances and perks. Which will be served as per the 7th pay commission of the Central Government after including the allowances and perks, it summed up with it and he can get the salary upto 67, 0000/-.

Apart from the basic pay scale the DSSSB DASS Grade 2 employees are also allowed with major allowances Dearness Allowances, House Rental Allowances, Medical Allowances, Travel Allowance.

DSSSB DASS Grade 2 Career Growth and Promotion 

Eligible individuals who successfully complete the probation period may be promoted to higher positions. They will also be eligible for bonuses, raises, supplemental benefits, commissions, and other advantages. And get promotions based on their years of experience and performance. In the education department, he/she is known as the Head Clerk.

The promotion of DASS Grade 2 is done in 7 to 8 years of service. They are promoted to DASS Grade I. Once they are promoted to DASS Grade 1, the next promotion is almost after 10 years after the first promotion.

After the promotion employee becomes superintendent, FSO (food and supply officer), tehsildar, etc. The title of the post varies from department to department. On these posts he is called CLASS-B GAZETTED. The nature of duties for DSSSB DASS Grade 2 varies as per the department in which he/she has been posted.

After the second promotion employee is called DANICS (Delhi Andaman Nicobar Civil Services). Means he can be sent to Andaman Islands also; in fact to any union territories. But tenure there is not long generally and is back in Delhi again after a short span, say 2 years. Remember before DANICS he can’t be posted out of Delhi in any circumstances. This is CLASS-A GAZETTED post.

DSSSB DASS Grade 2 Perks and Allowances
