Tamilnadu public service commission (TNPSC) is the exam conducting body of all government exams in Tamilnadu. TNPSC conducts various stage examinations. It conducts group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 exam and various other exams. Group 1 and group 2 exams are degree level exam. Group 3 category need higher secondary qualification and degree with 60%. TNPSC group 4 post need only 1oth standard pass. Recently TNPSC has released notification for TNPSC combined civil service examination group 4 exam. TNPSC Group 4 Exam Date Details
Date for applying TNPSC Group 4 2019 was over. Registration fee was Rs 150/- and Exam fee was Rs 100/-. Important dates of the exam are as follows.

Exam Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for TNPSC group 4 combined civil service exams is as follows

Educational Qualification:
- Candidate should possess minimum educational qualification of SSLC or its equivalent with qualification to get admission to higher secondary course. Candidate who does not have SSLC qualification cannot write the exam even if he/she have the higher qualification
- For technical post following qualification should need:
For typist: Should have passed typewriting the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting:-
(i) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or)
(ii) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or)
(iii) by Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.

For steno-typist: Must have passed the Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting and in Shorthand:-
(i) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or)
(ii) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or)
(iii) by Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.
- Computer Qualification for Typist and Steno-Typist, Grade III: Candidates must have passed the “Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation” given by the Technical Education Department.
