In September 2020, Arunachal Pradesh PSC has invited applications from graduates towards the Sub-Inspector-Civil Police & IRBn posts. Under Home department services of Arunachal Pradesh state, these posts are Non-gazetted Group-B post with pay scale of Rs.35400-Rs.112400. The recruitment notification was out with 120 Sub-Inspector-Civil Police and 03 Sub-Inspector IRBn posts. For the selection process, APPSC will conduct written exam followed by the physical test & medical tests. As part of the selection process, PSC is all geared up for the written test. APPSC SI Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2021
The successful candidates from the Physical Measurement Test & Physical Efficiency Test can now appear before the written test for the Sub-Inspector post recruitment. The written test follows the medical test at TRIHMS, Naharlagun and viva-voice to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh PSC at Itanagar. PSC will then finalize the rank list for the APPSC SI recruitment.
