Computer-Based Written Test (CBT):

Document Verification & Medical Examination:

Provisionally selected candidates must undergo pre-employment medical examination as per BEML standards.

Candidates who successfully clear all stages will receive the Final Offer of Appointment.

Training Period
- Selected Management Trainees (MT) will undergo a 1-year training program from the date of joining.
- On successful completion and assessment of suitability, they will be absorbed as Officer (Grade-II) in the same pay scale.
- Absorbed candidates receive one additional increment (3% of Basic Pay) and will be on probaton for 1 year.
Service Bond
- All Management Trainees are required to execute a service bond of 4 years, including the training period.
- A security deposit of ₹4,000 per month for 47 months will be deducted; the balance is collected in the final installment.
- Breach of the bond requires payment of liquidated damages of ₹2,00,000, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
- After successful completion of the bond period, the security deposit will be refunded with interest.

Salary for BEML Management Trainee 2025
Management Trainees at BEML receive a basic pay of ₹40,000/- per month during training (pay scale ₹40,000–1,40,000) along with allowances under the cafeteria system, HRA or company accommodation, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay (PRP). After training, they are absorbed as Officer (Grade-II) with a 3% increment on basic pay and a 1-year probation.
