BEML Management Trainee 2025 Eligibility & Qualification

All candidates must ensure their eligibility and correctness of details; false information or non-fulfillment of criteria at any stage will lead to cancellation of candidature.

• Post: Management Trainee (Grade-II) – Mechanical
• Qualification: Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical from a recognized University/Institution.

Post Code: MT-02

• Post: Management Trainee (Grade-II) – Electrical
• Qualification: Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Electrical from a recognized University/Institution.
• Note: Candidates from allied branches of Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics (under Electrical) are also eligible to apply.

BEML Management Trainee Selection Process 2025

Selection involves computer-based test + interview. Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification and medical examination.

• Computer-Based Written Test:
  Shortlisted candidates will appear for a computer-based test of 2 hours duration. The test will include:

  • Subject/domain knowledge (Mechanical or Electrical, as per the post applied).

  • Reasoning ability and English language skills.

• Admit Card & Exam Centres:
  Candidates must download the Admit Card from the BEML Careers page. While filling the online form, candidates can choose preferred exam locations from the options given. However, the final allotment will be decided by BEML based on availability. All expenses for attending the exam will be borne by the candidates.

• Qualifying Marks:

  • General category candidates: 60% pass marks

  • SC/ST/PwD candidates: 55% pass marks (relaxation of 5%).

• Interview & Merit List:
  Based on written test performance, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage of assessment, which includes a personal interview. The final Merit List will be prepared considering performance in both the written test and interview.

• Medical Examination:
  Provisionally selected candidates must undergo a pre-employment medical examination. Only after receiving medical clearance from BEML’s Doctor (as per company standards) will the Final Offer of Appointment be issued.

Service Bond for BEML Management Trainee 2025 Post

• Selected Management Trainees must execute a Service Bond to serve BEML for 4 years, including the training period.
• In case of breach of the bond, the candidate will be liable to pay liquidated damages of ₹2,00,000.
• To cover this, a security deposit of ₹4,000 per month will be deducted for 47 months, and the balance amount in the final installment.
• After successful completion of the bond period, the security deposit along with interest will be refunded.
• If the agreement is breached during the bond period, the entire security deposit will be forfeited.

Training Period for BEML Management Trainee Post

• Management Trainees will undergo a training period of 1 year from the date of joining.
• On successful completion of training and assessment of suitability, they will be absorbed as Officer (Grade-II) in the same pay scale.
• At absorption, trainees will also receive one additional increment (3% of Basic Pay).
• Post-absorption, candidates will be placed on probation for 1 year.

1. Mode of Application:

   • No other mode of application will be accepted.

2. Application Period:

   • The online registration portal will remain open until 12th September 2025, 18:00 Hrs.

3. Registration Requirements:

   • A valid email ID and mobile number are mandatory for registration and future communication.

   • A unique Registration Number will be generated after submission, which must be noted for all future correspondences.

4. Filling the Form:

   • Fill in all details carefully as per the prescribed guidelines.

   • In the experience section, mention the latest job first, followed by previous ones, and provide a brief description of roles relevant to the applied position.

5. Mandatory Uploads:
   Candidates must upload scanned copies of the following documents, failing which the application will be rejected:

   • Recent Photograph & Signature

   • 10th & 12th Standard Marks Cards (self-attested)

   • Engineering Degree Certificate & all semester marks cards (with CGPA conversion formula, if applicable)

   • Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma & marks cards (if applicable)

   • Identity Proof issued by Govt. of India (Aadhar/Passport/Driving License/PAN, etc.)

   • Detailed Resume

   • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD), if applicable

BEML Management Trainee 2025 Salary

• Basic Pay (During Training): ₹40,000/- per month in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – 1,40,000.
• Allowances & Benefits:

• • Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA)

  • Perquisites & Allowances @ 13.78% of Basic Pay under Cafeteria System

  • Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per place of posting

• Post-Training:After successful completion of the training period and absorption as Officer (Grade-II), candidates will continue in the same pay scale with an additional increment of 3% of Basic Pay.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• PwD candidates must submit the valid PwD certificate in the prescribed format.
• EWS candidates must provide the Income & Assets Certificate as per Government norms.
• Candidates working in Central/State Government, Autonomous bodies, PSUs must apply through proper channel and produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of assessment.
• General/EWS/OBC candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹500. (Not applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
